A: Yes, we offer both verbal and written estimates.

A: In most cases, within one week depending on our current scheduled projects.

A: Yes, a contract will be signed by both parties before work will commence on any project.

A: Upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon during contracting phase.

Q: If necessary, can you assist me in permitting process?
A: Yes, we will make every effort to assist you. In most counties, they will allow us to obtain the permit for you.

Q: How long does the permit process take?
A: Depending on the type of permit and county in which the permit will be issued, the same day or up to three weeks.

Q: When demolishing a structure, does the estimate include removal of the footers and slab?
A: Yes; unless specifically requested otherwise, our estimates are based on complete structural demolition including removal of the footers and slab.

Q: On average, how long does it take to complete a demolition project?
A: Typically, one to two days depending on the construction and size of the structure.

Q: What will the property look like when the demolition project is complete?
A: The property will be free of debris, stabilized for erosion control and ready for a final demolition inspection.

Q: Will you call to schedule the final demolition inspection?
A: Yes, this inspection is usually complete by an inspector within 24 hours of request.
